Cleveland) – Vote by Mail applications are now being accepted for September 8, 2009 Primary Election. Ballots will be mailed to voters after August 4, 2009.
Voters may also vote in-house between August 4, 2009 and September 7, 2009 during normal business hours between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday at the Board of Elections, located at 2925 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland.
The following cities will participate in the election:
· Cleveland Non-partisan Primary (Mayor and City Council Wards 2,4,5,6,8,10,14,18)
· Lakewood Non-partisan Primary (City Council At Large)
· Solon Non-partisan Primary (City Council Ward 4 and 6 only)
· Broadview Heights Non-partisan Primary (Ward 1 and Ward 2 only)
· Brook Park Democratic Primary (Ward 1 and Ward 3 only)
· Rocky River Republican Party Primary (City Council At Large)
The voter registration and change of address deadline for the September 8, 2009 Primary Election is Monday, August 10, 2009 at 9:00 P.M. Voters who have not registered, or have moved and not updated their registration, must do so by Monday, August 10, 2009.
Voter registration cards and Vote by Mail ballot applications may be obtained in person at the Board of Elections located at 2925 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, at any branch of the public library system, or through the Board’s website: www.boe.cuyahogacounty.us.
