Stephon Davis, 30, of Cleveland, was indicted

Stephon Davis, 30, of Cleveland, was indicted on 4 counts of aggravated murder, 2 counts of kidnapping, 2 counts of aggravated robbery, 1 count of tampering with evidence, and 1 count of gross abuse of a corpse. Davis murdered and left the body of Angel Bradley Crockett on I-90 West near West 41st Street, in Cleveland. The victim was found on April 5, 2010. Davis faces the death penalty.



Arraignment is scheduled for May 4, 2010.
