Morales holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regent University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration from Cleveland State University.
Morales was recently featured as a “Rising Star” in Hispanic MBA Magazine, received Crain’s Cleveland Business 2010 “Twenty in their 20’s” Award, The Presidential Volunteer Bronze Service Award, The Cleveland 20/30 Club’s 2009 “Top 25 under 35 Movers & Shakers” Award, and was inducted into Kaleidoscope Magazine’s Cuarenta/Cuarenta (40 under 40) club.

Morales currently resides with her husband Davey Morales, a City of Cleveland employee, and their three beautiful daughters in the Westpark neighborhood of Cleveland.
