Cleveland, OH—Young professionals of Northeast Ohio are quickly becoming recognized as leaders, and Stephanie Morales, a fresh face, is bidding for County Council, District 2 which includes Lakewood, Brookpark, and Wards 18 and 19 in the City of Cleveland.
