Paladar opens for lunch on August 15

WOODMERE, Ohio (August 7, 2007) – Paladar, Northeast Ohio’s premier Nuevo Latino restaurant, will begin serving lunch on August 15 at its location at Eton Chagrin Boulevard.



Paladar opened for dinner on August 2 serving dishes that fuse flavors from Cuba, the Latin Caribbean, Central and South America. Paladar through traditional Latin comfort food and Nuevo Latino dishes prepared by acclaimed Executive Chef Matthew Mytro.



The lunch menu will boast the same theme, offering a variety of soups and salads, as well as sandwiches such as the Skirt Steak Churrasco with Aji-Amanillo sauce, Piquillo peppers, pickled garlic and queso fresco and Latin comfort food options such as the Panko Crusted Vegetable Relleno “Picodillo Style” accompanied by pigeon beans, Peruvian olives, quinoa, sweet plantains and corn and raisin salsa.



Lunch will be offered Monday through Friday, starting at 11:30 a.m. To-go and catering options are available.



The food offerings will be complemented by a guacamole bar which will bring freshly prepared guacamole to tables in molcajetes, or traditional mortar bowls.



Paladar is a Latin kitchen and rum bar located at Eton Chagrin Boulevard in Woodmere, Ohio and is the first Nuevo Latino dining and entertainment destination in Northeast Ohio.
