And when Augie Schumatti contacted "Hollywood" Kim Diamond-Roman about Ohio having a team for the state and would like Roman to Captain the team enough said...Roman an 2-0 women’s fighter is currently putting together a team effectively named The Roman Brigada, coaches include Sensai Gary Yano from The Westlake Martial Arts Academy, Boxing and Wrestling Coach Nicko Chavez III, The classes will be provided weekly usually Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, Sundays are mandatory they meet weekly at noon at The Roman Touch Studio in Lakewood.... free of charge.

Doing this training and learning how to use MMA techniques effectively will create mental discipline, character development and self confidence. It provides a deep sense of spirituality, combined with combat fighting techniques. Striking, Kicking, Body Throwing, and Grappling techniques are all part of the class. Open hand martial arts that includes wrestling, small and large joint manipulation, street fighting, combined with mental and emotional discipline.
