Cleveland’s Cudell neighborhood recently unveiled its latest residential housing product with the grand opening of the 40-unit Chicle Townhomes, located at 10335 Detroit Avenue. The Chicle Townhomes have a unique and contemporary neoindustrial design that features corrugated metal siding and concrete floors. The development will also include a swimming pool. The townhomes start in the mid $100’s and include incentives such as $5,000 from the developer for the first five buyers, 15 year tax abatement provided by the City of Cleveland, affordable condo maintenance fees, and close proximity
to the RTA Rapid Station and interstate.
